Fit Growth Partners is a full-service outsourced finance and accounting company. They cater to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. The team consists of finance and accounting professionals.

They work with companies of different sizes ranging from solo entrepreneurs up to companies with dozens of employees that see the value add of outsourcing administrative work.

The project involves migrating their website from React to WordPress. It also includes integrating some lead generation solutions.

The Challenge/

Fit Growth Partners recognized the need to deliver outstanding customer experience. To stand out, they need to do something different.


This experience starts with their website.


As is often the case, the website is the first thing any potential customer sees. That is why a modern-looking and updated website is vital to this strategy.


But, their website used using React — a language developed and maintained by Facebook. Despite being fluent in numbers, Fit Growth Partners isn’t technical enough to manage the website nor make changes to it whenever they want.


They needed a website that works for them. They needed a website that integrates with how they work.

The Solution: React to WordPress Migration/

Lebertech migrated the website built on React to WordPress. The entire project — including both design and development — only lasted under a week. It also included adding Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. This allows Fit Growth Partners to track and analyze their traffic.


Fit Growth Partners were already using Zoho for their everyday tasks. Since they were using it, Lebertech built extra functionalities to for lead generation. These are Zoho Sales IQ and Forms. This helped them generate leads while delivering high levels of customer service.

The Results/

The React to WordPress migration allowed Fit Growth Partners to keep their website updated.


And with the integration of Zoho Sales IQ, anyone who visits their website can chat with them. Or, when someone fills up a form ( by Zoho Forms), this information goes straight to their CRM.


All data from both the chat and form submissions are recorded in the CRM. This makes it easy to manage all information and have one source of truth.

The Technology/

1. WordPress

WordPress is a free and open-source content management system based on PHP & MySQL. Features include a plugin architecture and a template system. It’s used for blogging but supports other types of web content. This includes forums, media galleries, and online stores.

2. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google. It allows users to tracks and reports website traffic. It’s one of the ‘tools’ inside the Google Marketing Platform brand. Google Analytics lets you measure your advertising ROI, and performance of social media and other apps.

3. Facebook Pixel

The Facebook pixel is code that you place on your website. It collects data that helps you track behaviors and events from Facebook ads. You can use it to optimize your ads, build targeted audiences, and remarket to them.

4. Zoho Sales IQ

Zoho Sales IQ is an online live chat, visitor tracking and analytics rolled into one platform. It allows you to track, capture, and engage visitors. It also provides live support software using chatbots. Zoho Sales IQ is one of the apps in the Zoho One suite.

5. Zoho Forms

Zoho Forms allows you to create, design, and share online forms. You can configure email alerts, and manage your data with Zoho’s integrated apps. For example, you can pass form submissions directly to your CRM.

6. Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. It allows you to manage your sales, marketing, and support in one platform. You can reach out to prospects and customers at the right moment and engage them across every channel, including when you’re on-the-go and on your mobile.
